There is a special place in the Northeast – a place where trees burst into a blazing flame of orange, red and yellow as soon as there appears the first slight chill in the air. It’s the same place where soft white snow will blanket the old covered bridges and dust the ground with the fairytale glint seen in postcards from times past. Here, people gather to enjoy the warmth of friendship and fire. They gather to tell stories and rekindle acquaintances somehow spread thin over the summer.  Here, the warmest seasons of the year are the ones spent around hearth and home.
